Having worked in the financial services industry for over a decade I have a broad understanding and experience of the industry. The majority of this time has been spent providing Mortgage and Protection advice both in the New Build Sector and the wider market.
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I pride myself on providing an approachable customer service manner and a “plain English” approach to the mortgage process to ensure my clients feel at ease and informed of their options. The number of existing client referrals I receive reflect this.
